Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing in its original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
